Call of Duty is already a big name in the whole game industry. Call of Duty Mobile has taken care of the game’s handheld side. But now Activision is planning to take the battle royale throne in the mobile segment with the release of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, which took the mobile gaming world by storm with the initial teaser release.

Call of duty: Warzone is possibly the most popular Battle Royale game out there. Most of the popularity is due to its free-to-play option, constant new updates, and smooth gameplay. So, Activision thought, why settle for only PC? when you can release it in mobile and take the throne there also? So they have decided to release a mobile version of the game finally.

In the article, we will discuss the leaks, what we know, and what the players should expect from the game. So, sit back, relax and enjoy the read.

Highlights of the leaks and teaser

Activision is set to reveal the much-awaited Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile during the Call of Duty Next event. The publisher confirmed the game’s development earlier this year when it was hiring for multiple roles. Activision has now announced Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile with a short teaser, with the full reveal coming on September 15th as part of the Call of Duty Next event.

While the official Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile website doesn’t reveal much about the game, Gamespot has spotted some additional information by inspecting the page’s source code. According to the page’s source code, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will feature 120-player lobbies and some shared progression. Having 120-player lobbies in a mobile battle royale game is quite impressive, suggesting that the game could have a huge map.

That said, low-end Android phones and older iPhones may struggle to run this game as it could require more resources than other battle royale games. Additionally, the shared progression part seems confusing as Warzone on PC and console will most likely be separate from mobile.

Activision will share more details about Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile soon. Besides these, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile may reward players who pre-register for the game. These rewards are generally unlocked after the game’s launch. So keep an eye out for those as well.
